Arrange Financing & Set Your Budget
Now would be a great time to reach out to System Built Homes' Preferred Lender, Union Home Mortgage, for qualification.
Union Home Mortgage offers a Construction Loan with competitive rates with a one
time close.
Work closely with your Signature Homes Sales Specialist and your Union Home Mortgage Construction/Mortgage Loan Professional to work within your budget while planning all aspects of your new Signature Home.
Locate & Secure Your Lot
Have your own lot? Great! Need a lot? We will be happy to help you locate and secure a lot of your choosing. No need to purchase ahead of time. We can roll it all into one simple transaction.
Finalize Features
The personalization begins! Color choices, flooring, countertops, and everything that makes your home unique and entirely yours will be selected. We ask that you take time and commit to the choices that are made because the way System Built Homes are constructed, there are no substitutions.
Move-In Day
Once the paperwork is signed, the keys are in hand, and the boxes are unpacked, our journey together does not end. For the next 12 months from settlement, System Built Homes will handle any warranty related item that may arise. After the first year, you will have the added comfort of a 2-year warranty on systems and 10 years on structural items, all backed by The 2-10 Warranty Company.
